The Procurement Institute
The goal of the programmatic services provided under this contract between the State of Louisiana’s Technical Assistance to Small Firms Program, it’s funder, and NewCorp, Business Assistance Center, it’s Contractor, is to enroll 100 Recovery Businesses within the contracting industry into the Business Link Client Database for Procurement Technical Assistance and a maximum of 30 licensed contractors as participants in the business development workshops.

A terminal objective is to insure program participants meet all required registrations and certifications required by Federal program regulations and State procurement regulations. An obtainable desired outcome is a minimum 50% bond ability rate i.e. 15 participants out of the optimum 30 obtain bond ability or increase current bonding capacity.
